A private meeting base
A quiet setting for scheduled conversations, small presentations and time with clients. Start with the meeting layout, guest access and connectivity you need.

Cannes ยท 16 to 19 March 2027
Explore a private yacht setting for investor meetings, client dinners and hospitality during MIPIM. Start with your programme, then assess the yacht and its location.
Yacht suitability, availability and berth arrangements are subject to confirmation.
Illustrative yacht setting. Not a confirmed yacht or event berth.
Your Cannes programme
For property developers, investment teams, advisers and event planners, a yacht can be considered as a private base around a busy Cannes schedule. The useful starting point is who you want to host, what you want to do and how guests will reach you.
MY OCEAN can source yachts and coordinate berth applications, catering, branding, transfers and local event support. We shape the proposed scope around your requirements, subject to the relevant yacht, owner, operator, supplier and port confirmations.
Choose the format
Tell us how the yacht needs to work for your business. These are possible formats, not fixed packages or confirmed yacht capabilities.
A quiet setting for scheduled conversations, small presentations and time with clients. Start with the meeting layout, guest access and connectivity you need.
A working lunch, an intimate dinner or a planned networking reception. Seated dining and standing reception numbers are checked separately, with a defined catering brief.
Accommodation for your core team can sit alongside a hosting programme. Cabin allocation, privacy and daytime visitors need to work together, rather than compete for space.
Hosting, cruising and sleeping are not the same capacity. We check meeting, seated dining, standing reception, cruising and overnight guest limits separately. A cabin count is not permission to host a larger event.
Want time at sea? Cruising is a separate request. Its passenger limits, permissions and effect on your hosting schedule need confirmation.

The details behind the setting
A good guest experience depends on more than the view. The menu, access, service and schedule need to fit the yacht and the occasion.
Match the yacht's layout and operational suitability to your business brief.
Coordinate the application and clarify what is requested, pending or confirmed.
Define menus, dietary needs and any additional event staffing with the relevant suppliers.
Coordinate proposed branding and technical needs within yacht and port permissions.
Plan how guests reach the yacht and board, based on the actual location.
Coordinate requested local services around an agreed programme and responsibility split.
All requested services, staffing, installations and operational arrangements remain subject to approval and written confirmation. They are not included by default.
Cannes location planning
A yacht option and a confirmed hosting location are two different things. Assess the access arrangements alongside your meeting schedule.
No 2027 berth, application deadline or organiser package is represented as secured on this page. Current port conditions and the yacht's arrangements must be confirmed for your dates.
From brief to confirmation
We start with your objective and work towards a defined proposal. Suitability, costs and operational approval belong in the conversation before commitments are made.
Share your dates, business objective and approximate headcount for each format. Let us know if you need accommodation or cruising.
We source options against the brief and coordinate checks on suitability, availability, capacity and berth status.
Agree the proposed schedule, catering, branding, transfers and any local support, with responsibilities and costs separated.
Review written yacht, operator, supplier and port confirmations, commercial terms and any alternatives before making commitments.
The yacht fee is not the whole event budget. Berth charges, applicable taxes, catering, additional staffing, branding, transfers and local support should be identified with clear inclusions and exclusions. If an expense allowance is needed, its purpose should be explained in plain language.
Your MIPIM brief
Share your Cannes hosting idea. The event dates are filled in as a starting point, and you can change them to suit your programme.
Not sure about yacht size or guest capacity? Describe the format rather than guessing. We can coordinate the relevant checks.

Useful answers
MIPIM takes place from 16 to 19 March 2027 at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. Your yacht hosting dates, including any preparation or departure days, should be agreed separately.
No. A berth application is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Yacht availability and berth status are separate checks, and the location and access arrangements depend on port approval. Do not treat a yacht enquiry or proposal as a secured Cannes berth.
Yes, this can be part of the brief. Each format needs its own layout, permitted headcount, catering plan and guest-access arrangements. The proposed programme remains subject to confirmation by the yacht's owner, operator and port where relevant.
No MIPIM pass, organiser package, exhibition entitlement or berth is included by default. MY OCEAN is an independent yacht brokerage, not the MIPIM organiser or an official event partner. Any organiser services must be arranged and confirmed separately.
Overnight accommodation and cruising can be requested, but neither follows automatically from a static hosting charter. Cabin allocation, passenger limits, operating permissions, access and the effect on your hosting schedule must be checked for the specific yacht and programme.
