Corporate yacht charters.
Business, by the water.

Give your conversations a setting of their own. Source a yacht for meetings, client dining or a planned reception, with the practical details built around your brief.

Yacht suitability, availability and berth arrangements are subject to confirmation.

Illustrative yacht setting. Not a confirmed yacht or event berth.

A business brief, not a holiday booking

The purpose comes first.
The yacht follows.

A corporate yacht charter should support the way you want to host. A quiet investor discussion needs a different layout from a standing reception. Accommodation for your team brings another set of requirements.

MY OCEAN can source yachts and coordinate berth applications, catering, branding, transfers and local event support. We shape the proposed scope around your requirements, subject to the relevant yacht, owner, operator, supplier and port confirmations.

01

A private meeting base

A quiet setting for scheduled conversations, small presentations and time with clients. Start with the meeting layout, guest access and connectivity you need.

Meeting layout and connectivity to confirm
02

Client dining & receptions

A working lunch, an intimate dinner or a planned networking reception. Seated dining and standing reception numbers are checked separately, with a defined catering brief.

Dining and reception capacities checked separately
03

An executive base

Accommodation for your core team can sit alongside a hosting programme. Cabin allocation, privacy and daytime visitors need to work together, rather than compete for space.

Overnight accommodation is a separate requirement

Hosting, cruising and sleeping are not the same capacity. We check meeting, seated dining, standing reception, cruising and overnight guest limits separately. A cabin count is not permission to host a larger event.

Want time at sea? Cruising is a separate request. Its passenger limits, permissions and effect on your hosting schedule need confirmation.

The details behind the setting

Thoughtful hosting.
A defined plan.

A good guest experience depends on more than the view. The menu, access, service and schedule need to fit the yacht and the occasion.

Yacht sourcing

Match the yacht's layout and operational suitability to your business brief.

Berth applications

Coordinate the application and clarify what is requested, pending or confirmed.

Catering & service

Define menus, dietary needs and any additional event staffing with the relevant suppliers.

Branding & presentations

Coordinate proposed branding and technical needs within yacht and port permissions.

Transfers & access

Plan how guests reach the yacht and board, based on the actual location.

Local event support

Coordinate requested local services around an agreed programme and responsibility split.

All requested services, staffing, installations and operational arrangements remain subject to approval and written confirmation. They are not included by default.

From brief to confirmation

A clear process.
No assumed details.

We start with your objective and work towards a defined proposal. Suitability, costs and operational approval belong in the conversation before commitments are made.

01

Start with the purpose

Share your dates, business objective and approximate headcount for each format. Let us know if you need accommodation or cruising.

02

Assess yacht and location

We source options against the brief and coordinate checks on suitability, availability, capacity and berth status.

03

Define the programme

Agree the proposed schedule, catering, branding, transfers and any local support, with responsibilities and costs separated.

04

Confirm before committing

Review written yacht, operator, supplier and port confirmations, commercial terms and any alternatives before making commitments.

A proposal should separate the costs.

The yacht fee is not the whole event budget. Berth charges, applicable taxes, catering, additional staffing, branding, transfers and local support should be identified with clear inclusions and exclusions. If an expense allowance is needed, its purpose should be explained in plain language.

Useful answers

Before you
make plans.

What can a corporate yacht charter be used for?

A corporate brief can cover scheduled meetings, client lunches or dinners, receptions and a private executive base. Cruising and overnight accommodation are separate options. The yacht's suitability, permitted capacity and operating arrangements must be confirmed for the specific programme.

Can MY OCEAN coordinate more than the yacht?

MY OCEAN can source yachts and coordinate berth applications, catering, branding, transfers and local event support. The final scope depends on the yacht, owner, operator, suppliers and port approvals. Requested services are not automatically included in a charter fee.

How many guests can we host on board?

Meeting, seated dining, standing reception, cruising and overnight capacities are different. A yacht's cabin count is not its event capacity. Share each requirement separately so the applicable limits can be checked with the yacht's representative and port where relevant.

What should a corporate proposal cover?

It should identify the yacht and hosting format, the location and berth status, the relevant guest capacities and the planned programme. It should also separate the yacht fee from berth charges, applicable taxes, catering, staffing, branding, transfers and any other requested services, with inclusions and exclusions made clear.

Can we add branding or hold presentations?

Branding, audiovisual equipment and presentation layouts need yacht-specific approval. Tell us what you want to display and how the session will run. Permissions, connectivity, power, access and any installation restrictions should be checked before the format is agreed.

Corporate hosting is proposed against your brief. Yacht, owner, operator, supplier and port confirmations govern availability, capacity and the final delivery scope. Illustrative imagery does not document completed corporate work.
